Sounds like a classical video head problem. May be quite expensive to fix. Of course you can first try spraying the head with a "no residue" contact cleaner and then dry it out with pressured air to see if that fixes the problem.

How do i program my remote

Things You'll Need:
  • RCA Universal Remote Control
  1. 1 Turn on the component you want to program.
  2. 2 Press and release the component button on your remote that corresponds to the component you want the remote to operate (TV, VCR, etc.). The illuminated ON-OFF button will turn on and remain on.
  3. 3 Press both the component and the ON-OFF buttons. The illuminated ON-OFF button will turn off, and then will come back on.
  4. 4 Release both buttons after the ON-OFF button turns back on. The button should remain illuminated.
  5. 5 Press and release the PLAY button. If the component does not respond after five seconds, continue to press the PLAY button every five seconds until the component turns off.
  6. 6 Press and release the REVERSE button when the component turns off, then wait to see if the component turns on again.
  7. 7 Press and release the STOP button to save the new code.
Tips & Warnings
  • Each time you press the PLAY button in Step 5, the ON-OFF button blinks ten times and a list of 10 codes is sent to your component. This process continues until all of the code lists have been searched. If the component has not turned off after all codes have been searched, the ON-OFF button blinks four times, turns off, and the Auto Code Search is exited.
  • If you do not press the STOP button at the end, the new code will not be saved.

How do I enter the code for my 2006 Honda Accord LX? I press the preset 1 and 6 keys simultaneously, but it continues to display the letters C, O,D, E individually when I try to input the code.

Use the preset buttons to enter the five-digit code (I assume that you have that; if not, see below). When it is entered correctly, the radio will start playing.
If your vehicle is equipped with a navigation system, press and release the TUNE knob; the number ‘‘0’’ appears on the display.
If ‘‘0’’ is the first digit in your code, press and release the TUNE knob to store it.
If ‘‘0’’ is not the first digit in your code, turn the TUNE knob left or right until the first digit is displayed.
Press and release the TUNE knob to store it. Enter the remaining digits the same way.
If you make a mistake entering the code, do not start over; complete the five-digit sequence, then enter the correct code. You have 10 tries to enter the correct code. If you are unsuccessful in 10 attempts, you must then leave the system on for 1 hour before trying again.
If you don’t have the code, a dealer can access your code with your radio’s serial number. To access the serial number, turn the radio on. It must display ‘‘CODE’’, then turn the radio off. Push the preset 1, preset 6, and power buttons at the same time, then quickly release.
Hope this helps you.

Error code DR

Pull the tech sheet out of the dryer ( behind the lower front access panal ). The lights flashing are trying to tell you a fault code.

A copy:

MODEL DIFFERENCES: • Better models have a digital readout display
• Good models do not have a digital readout display
READING ERROR CODES 1. Position cycle selector knob to the 3 O’clock position.
2. Press and hold the Select and Pause Cancel buttons simultaneously for six seconds.
3. Immediately after, press and hold the START and Pause Cancel buttons simultaneously for 4 seconds.
4. Rotate the cycle selector knob to the 2 O’clock position.
On better model dryers, the error code will appear in the digital display. On good models, the five indicator lights of
Drying, Cool Down, Wrinkle Rid, and Clean Lint Filter Spin will flash the number of times for the first digit of the code
and the START indicator light will flash the number of times for the second digit. Take separate counts of each indicator
light, then repeat to confirm in order to be accurate in identifying the proper error code. The code is obtained by counting
the number of times the lights flash. Example E24: The five indicator lights would flash twice indicating the 2 and the
START indicator light will flash four times indicating the 4. The five indicator lights and the START indicator light start
flashing at the same time. The control will pause for 2 seconds, then repeat the code.
Note: A letter appearing in the code stands for a number higher than nine.
A = 10 B = 11 C = 12 D = 13 E = 14 F = 15
Example Code E4A: the first digit would be 4 and the second digit would be 10. If this code would appear on a dryer in
the Good model line, the five indicator lights would blink four times and the START indicator light would blink ten times.
Troubleshoot problem by using chart below.
To move on to the next code, press the OPTIONS button. To clear code, press the Select button.
To exit this mode, simultaneously press and hold the Select and Pause Cancel buttons for six seconds.

Dirty video head! Playback newly opened blank tape for five minutes, after that eject, reinsert, playback then eject again five times, these will serve as your video head cleaner, never use "video head cleaning cassette tape" for it will only damage your camera. Most camera has built in video head cleaner installed inside and activates only when you insert, initial play/rec, and ejects a tape. If the problem is still there you need pro fix then.[:0)

Playback

That's dirty video head! Try to playback new tape for five minutes, do it for 2 to 3 times, this will serve as your videohead cleaner. eject then reinsert then playback, eject again for at least 3 to five times. most camera has a built in videohead cleaner that activates during eject, initial play and reinsert mode. you can even try to play the whole blank tape! thats 1 to 2 hours of playback! If the problem is still there after doing those things, you need pro fix then.
