Question about Dishwashers
This problem will be caused by your overflow float or inlet valve. the float is easier to check. look for a small hat or cone inside the machine. it should move freely up and down. if it was stuck up, you have just fixed your problem.
the inlet valve is under your machine. the hot water supply line is attached to it. shut off the water supply to that line and remove it. check for a clog on the screen just inside that connection. attempt to start the machine. the valve should operate to allow water to flow in. replace it, if it does nothing. good luck
