Question about Televison & Video
The TV works only when it is warm and keep restarting at cold because there is a faulty component.
Such components as capacitors are often used to keep a certain voltage and amp and warranty stability on a circuit. They act as reservoirs wirth a dam that can keep a river swallow, or that can release charge when needed.
One of those is cold, and the TV is restarting because there is a fault condition.
When the TV has "warmed up" and all other capacitors are fully charged, the faulty onw will not be of vital importance anymore and the TV will start.
If the fault is not repaired this can cause more damage to components and circuits after some time.
The symptoms descripted apply to different faults, without testing the TV is impossible to know what problem it can be.
The most common is probably a faulty PSU board.
Often it is possible to see at a glance if one of the capacitors on power board is bulged or leaky.
The power board supplies different voltages. It must be tested at component level to find out if any component is defective.
The inverter is the high voltage board that supplies power to the back light system.
This board is tested checking continuity on a main resistor, reading voltages and testing the AC circuit with an oscilloscope.
If there is backlight , then it is unlikely the inverter.
The digital controller board is the main board inside the TV, this may also be responsible. Main testmust be done by a technician , and consists in reading voltages from PSU to main controller.
In your case it is probably PSU, but parts must be tested before replacement.
