Polaroid A700 digital camera won't turn on

i have 3 cameras. 2 of them are having trouble turning on. It's almost like there frozen. if i push on the battery cover on one of them it will start the other just comes up with a red a green light and nothing happens. I bought rechargeable batteries AAA 900 mAH . any suggestions would be helpful thanks.
