Question about AT&T Blackberry Curve 8300 Smartphone
First charge your mobile for atleast 1 hour,and switch it ON you have to remove the battery when mobile is turned ON and wait for few seconds re insert the battery then check
If problem still exsists connect your blackberry to computer check wheather its recognising the device If "yes" you need to take a back up of your hands set and re-install the operating system of your Blackberry.
To perform a clean installation of the BlackBerry Device Software using Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.5 to 5.0, perform the following steps:- 1) Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager. 2) Click Help. 3) Select About Desktop Manager. 4) Click the Device Software tab. 5) Verify that the BlackBerry Device Software displayed is the latest version currently available from the wireless service provider
