Problem with Westinghouse LTV-27w7 HD 7 in. LCD Television

My westinghouse ltv-27w7 hd picture has a gray irregular streak running down the screen. What is my problem and can it be fixed?

You may have problem with the T-C0N board, worst case will be the main logic board, try cooling the T-CON board with electronics freeze spray to see if the problem will go away, you can get it from Radio Shack.

Sound like dry goint on Power Supply bord. I had the same problem and resolder most of the parts of the power supply and TV was ok.

Source: Flickering/pixelating screen on LTV-27w6 HD after 30 minutes.

the high voltage circuit is shutting down.
the two most common faults are the flyback transformer,and an overvoltage condition from a blown regulator.
both are repairs where the tv is thrown out.
the days of the loose wire are gone.
