Of the two heat ranges Low & High What can I expect the heat range to be?

- Low is 140 till warm up to about 160 degrees, and HIGH contiues until the product you are crrently are cooking reaches gradually the recomended temp of a boil at 215 degrees which is where it will stay untill your food has finished cooking anywhere from 1 to 6 hours depending on the food.
Example most beans take up tp 6 hours after reaching temp the total time may be as much as 8 to 9 hours on most been soups.
So set it and forget it or start in the morning and go to work and cime home to a great meal.

I lost the instruction manual to my ice cream maker; this is the second time I've bought one because the first one came without a book!
I recieved the 1 1/2 quart ice cream maker for a present and when I opened it up there was no insturction or directions with it. I would like for you to send me a copy of the instruction or directions.
