Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
I have my Panasonic TX-P42X10B Plasma TV linked to SC-PT175 DVD Home Theater Sound System via HDMI cable & Stereo RCA cable. The surround sound will only work when playing DVD's. It will not work when watching the TV only. Why is this? What do i need to change in the TV or DVD Settings as i think I have tried changing all possible settings?
If your tv and surround has an optical input/output.Then you can connect with an optical lead. This will then play the sound from whatever you are watching. You normaly select dig1 or input1 on the surround system.
