Check and make sure you put the clutch pack in right and not backwards. That is what it sounds like happened.

I have a new 7000 battery for my 6075D Makita drill. The drill won't turn at all. battery is charged. I wanted to take the drill casing apart. All the screws are out. the casing will not come apart near...

Makita engineers are sneaky bastards that's why. There's a special tool required to take the front off and another compression tool to compress all the parts back together. You got to find your local Makita service center and have them do it. They make these Makitas like Hondas, because they want to keep all the money and don't want you monkeying around and fixing the parts yourself for cheap.

I know, I know life's a b.tch sometimes.

How to dismantle a makita HP electrical hammer drill, want to replace the brushes

Check out the split drawing on this page.
If your makita does not have any outside accessible brush caps, you need to dismantle it.
lay it on the side, where the side with the screws securing the to halves together is facing up.
Remove all screws (some may be hidden under labels etc.) Gently pry the halves apart, locate the brushes disconnect their leads if any, and remove. Install new brushes and make sure the move freely, and that they are springloaded when in place. Gently rotate the rotor to ensure everything is ok . Reassemble and test drill. If the brushes leaves long streaks of noticeably large sparks, something has gone wrong or the rotor was damaged in the first place, causing excessive wear.

My 24v new makita drill doesnt hold charge

the new batteries now have a little computer in them, so to speak. when you plug in the battery to the charger and you get the alternate flashing light the battery is bad. if the charger is working and the battery is just not lasting very long the battery may be going bad. there could be a problem in the motor causing your battery to drain too fast. does the drill work normal, no overheating or noise, bad bearing.

Clutch slipping on cordless drill. need spare parts to repair.

Are you sure you do not have a tourque adjustment problem. If not I do not believe Makita will want to send you parts, you would have to know what is precisely wrong and by the time you went back and forth you might as well find nearest dealer for repairs and google search Makita.com for service parts near you + zip code to get your drill fixed.

My Makita handrill is not working. It's just like loose, and the drill is not rotating anymore.

Your bearings in the Clutch have fallen out of place.
Basically the tension screws pulling the clutch against the body.
Have became loose. If you Tighten them most likely wont fix it.
You should contact Makita. If you do open the drill. The Clutch assembly will be a task to reassemble. And the warranty might be voided.

Battery charger just flashes to say the battery has to cool down but will not start charging.tried another charger same thing happens but does not show that the batteries are faulty!

Unfortunately, Makita’s li-ion battery packs have a design flaw. After having the same problem with my two batteries, I took it apart and saw the problem immediately. You see each battery pack has ten li-ion battery cells and a circuit board with a memory chip witch holds the charging history of the battery pack. But that memory chip constantly draws power from 2 of the 10 batteries. The current it draws is very small but if you consider it over 6 month or more, the power drain becomes very significant. You end up with a battery pack with 8 still fully charged battery cells and 2 drained battery cells. When you put this battery pack in the charger, it detects weak battery cells, assumes they are defective and refuses to charge. To avoid this problem you should charge your battery pack often, even if you haven't used it, every two months should be ok.
I suspect that Makita doesn’t make these battery packs, they make power tools, good ones too. But Makita should definitely have a few words with their supplier before they become a liability!

Makita 6337D cordless drill problem

It is possible that the batteries are no longer good. They may need to be changed. These batteries do reach a stage where they no longer hold charge.

On rare occasions I have seen the gear box jam or the motor bearings go defective.
