Generic problem for all Printers
Spooler problem

my not very old z640 printer will not print.it mentions the spooler,and suggests 2 ways of repairing the problem.neither of which worked.i have spent weeks trying to resolve this problem to no avail.this is my second lexmark printer in 12 months.please do not tell me to unplug it,or to go to "command" as these do not work.
