It sounds like you turned on "Voiceover", haha - very annoying indeed. To turn it off, try holding Command+F5 at the same time, and if that doesn't do it, try Fn+Command+F5 at the same time. If that still doesn't do it, go to the Apple Menu->System Preferences, the "Universal Access" menu option, and turn off Voiceover from there.

My MacBook Pro OS X 10.9.1 won't read my Lexar Professional 800x 8 GB Compact Flash UDMA 7.

Try

You most likely will need a different card to be compatible with your MacBook pro. Apple website should be helpful.

My MacBook Pro is unresponsive. I can move the cursor around, but when nothing happens when I tap the touch pad.

If this is a brand new macbook and you have not been familiar with them before....be aware that the whole touchpad is clickable by pressing it down. You can also go into your settings, under the mouse applet and choose to enable the tap to click rather than pressing the button.

Macbook pro will not read dvds

If it reads CDs but not DVDs, the optical drive is faulty. You can get it replaced by an Apple tech, or you can invest in an external optical drive.

My desktop moves everytime my mouse moves.

probably by mistake you set a display resolution bigger than your screen size, try lowering the display resolution to something typical such as 1024x728 or even 600x800 and see if that fixes it.

If you have "good batteries" installed in the mouse and keyboard and you still have the problem- the best way is to remove the devices via the System Preference panel in your MacBook and then re-install them again. It is important that you remove them first as the system may revert to the previous connection. Good luck!

Apple key no longer working

The Kensington keyboard is being recognised as a PC-style keyboard, and the software has swapped the action of Apple (Command) and Alt (Option). Go to System Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse, and set the Modifier keys correctly in the Keyboard panel.
