Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Hi Naden Puttock,

Here are the steps to perform a hard reset in your device:

1. Switch off the device.
2. Now press and hold Volume Down + Volume Up + Power button, and release them, when you see menu of Bootloader Mode.
3. Then select option "Recovery" from the menu, using Volume Down, then press Volume Up.
4. When you see Android with triangle, then press together Volume Up + Volume Down.
5. After that select option "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to browse option, and Power button to confirm operation.
6. Choose option "Yes -- delete all user data" and accept with Power button.
7.
Press Power button to select option "reboot system now".

Sudsidy password for t mobile motorola razar

WARNING: If one of theses messages appear :

- "Contact Service Provider"
- "Tampert Alter"
- "Wait before enter special Code"
- "Contact Service'

It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola Razor ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!

You can get the Correct the subsidy password at Theunlockarena.com/motorola-razor/rs13wp9/ and Unlock it easily.Follow the instructions below and unlock it step by step...

Motorola Razor Unlocking InstructionsWarning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Motorola Razor mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your Motorola Razor mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.
1 - Switch ON your Motorola Razor with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
2 - Phone will display "Enter Special Code",
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code.

NOT ACCEPTED: We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Motorola Razor is locked to.

Can't get existing bluetooth headset to work with new phone

I had that problem when I changed handsets. You need to:
  1. ensure the bluetooth setting is turned on on the handset
  2. switch on the scala 500
  3. press and hold the scala 500 power button until the red and blue lights are both flashing (you have to hold the button in for quite a few seconds)
  4. now you can search for new bluetooth devices from your handset and it should find it to enable you to connect
