Question about Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Smartphone
Just take it to your nearest mobile phone shop, preferably one that deals in nokia, usually they can reset the lock code as long as you have some proof,ie; passport,or id card of yourself.

Sorry but Nokia Service Center will only tell you to contact your network provider as there may be legal reasons why only your network can unlock the phone.
Contact your network provider and explain your situation, they will ask for an IMEI number. To find your IMEI number type in *#06# with the keys whilst your phone is on but locked and your 15 digit number should be displayed. However if it's locked it sometimes won't allow you to type so the IMEI number may be located underneath the battery.
Give the IMEI number to your network provider and they may unlock your phone for free or charge you to unlock it. If they are trying to charge you alot to unlock your phone then you can search around the internet for unlocking sites that will unlock your phone using the IMEI number cheaply. Do be warned that some websites are scams so be cautious and look for reviews of such websites.
