Aficio 1035 SC329 appears i had turned off and on the operational switch but still problem appears. please help me./ tnx for the advise

How to clear toner alert


open the front door and close again, wait for toner to load.
if this problem persist,open the front door and remove toner unit,use a flat screw driver to press on the door sensor and check if the toner motor is working properly.
if the motor is in good condtion,service the toner unit and make sure that the unit is toner free and insert new toner.
if this condition persist, enter the sp mode and clear all memory by sp 5801 for mp5ooo, aficio 1035-4545,645,2035,2045,235,735 or sp801 for 1022,1027,1505 and restart the machine.
for aficio 1035-4545,645,2035,2045,235,73 enter sp21093 and 21094 mode before making a copyor else the error sc329 will appear.

After turn the main switch off and on the error appears again????
This error means that there is a bad comunication between the controller board and the operation panel.
Did you intervew in the machine? Some tecnical intervewing?

HOPE YOU SPEAK ENGLISH the error is due to the laser unit malfunction..after memory clear usually..you need to press the yellow clear button then 107 then hold down the stop/cancel button for 5 secs till the screen changes.. then copier sp section 2 drum then look for laser pitch beam adjustment you need the 400dpi and 600dpi initialisation to be done.. this should clear it then turn off the machine and wait 10 secs and turn back on.. hope this helps ..Adios

Ricoh 1035. The moment you turn the photocopier on it reports error code SC560 suggesting i should call service agent or the supplier. what could that be please???


Enter in the service mode Yellow key-107-red key,enter in the SP mode open the front door,turn off the copier,unplugged,wait 10 sec.,pluged on close the front door and turn on the power switch.

My machine show c 210


Please specify the machine model,in the Ricoh 1035 not exist the C210 error code.
If your machine show CC201=When the paper jam condition is not reset for 10 minutes the code is automatically generated.For reset please enter in the SP mode turn main switch OFF,unplugged and wait 10 sec.Plugged and turn ON the power switch.

dear sir; the error code 320 on ricoh af 2027 it's means laser polygon motor problem, the laser unit right under the toner unit, litlle bit left. some error code can be reset why don't give them a try
1, power on the machine
2, press "clear mode"( has the c in a diamond), "107"then press and hold down "clear/stop" key
3,turn power off 10 second later back on.
I f reset doesn't work, you need to replace laser motor. thank you

Not sure what SC818 is as not in my manuals please try the following.

Entering and Exiting SP mode
1. Press the Clear Mode key.
2. Use the keypad to enter “107”.
3. Hold down Clear/Stop for at least 3 seconds.
4. Enter the Service Mode.
To enter the Normal Service Mode:
Copy SP On the touch-panel, press Copy SP.


Once in the service mode turn the main switch off located on the left hand side of the machine wait 5-10 seconds then switch back on. This should get the machine working. Hope this helps
