C button and the button on top of the power button of Samsung J700 does not function when its slide down. What shall I do?

hi :) samsung mobile slide much function was control by the ribbon. so,display preview error mostly the ribbon spoil. u need send to nearby mobile shop replace a new ribbon.

the problem seem to be from the flex that connects the keypad to the screen. it is repairable, first you flash the phone to see if it would work then if it doesnt then you replace the slide of the phone then it would work perfectly. the process is complicated so i'll advice you take it to an expert and if you insist on fixing it yourself.

then you'll have to get a complete set of screw driver, and a replacement flex, then you'll carefully unscrew the phone, then you locate the flex after carefully dismantling both sides of the phone then you replace the flex and recouple it back carefully. the try to turn it on and test the keys.

i had that problem, and i had to get a new phone !!

slide the phone open and press the down button at the side and it will show you a number going down when it says 0 then the key pad is on silent.

when i try to turn my phone on it only displays the make and model of the phone then switch off and on then repeat the same thing over and over again

Get some bluetack and place underneath the samsung logo on the battery cover and press down on it firmly to secure the bluetack, then to remove press down really firmly and slide in an upwards motion.
