I have install windows7 in my y410 laptop and the sound driver is not working in it.it shows an error massage while i am trying to install the driver.

Can i get the drivers for windows 7 for lenovo y410. i cannot find the drivers abywhere and vista ones are not working
Go to your driver setup (.exe) file:
then propery->compatibility
then compatibility mode to windows vista.
then run setup.
I am sure that it will run corretly.
AFAIK, Win7 should be compatible with Vista drivers so you could download drivers designed for Vista and try.
The drivers should be available on the manufacturers homepage.
But that's just a thought.
