Question about Dell Inspiron 9300 Notebook
This is the dos screen before start up. Normally your motherboard and cpu go through a quick self test and then your hard drive and os start up. What is happening with yours is it is not passing its self test. What you should do is remove and re-seat the memory cards and hard drive in your computer and then try and start it up. If this does not work it means either *********** board or your cpu have failed.
