6050 belt slips continously


replace the shuttle belt or fix insulation tape on the pulley of both shuttle motor and shuttle wheel and then refix the belt.

I have a lipi printer t6050. there is a problem showing shuttle fault. tell me what is this problem and how can i solve this


This error indicates the print mechanism is not able to move, in the first instance check;

There is no paper jams etc whcih may cause an obstruction
Check the ribbon is correctly installed and is the correct side of the ribbon shield
Check the platen gap to ensure this is not trapping the ribbon / paper and preventing the mechanism moving.

If the above actions do not resolve the problem the next thing to check is the Shuttle Mechanism,
Check the drive belt is in place and does not slip
Clean the rear side of the shuttle weight wheels, the sensor looks at the rear of the balanced wheels.
Check the shuttle motor to ensure it is working
Check for damage to the shuttle drive gears.

T6050 PSIS E 8200 LAN ERROR


I guess you are talking about a line of text printed on the T6050 when it is powered on.If this is the case you simply have a network card installed in the printer but have not connected a network cable.To resolve this problem either connect a network cable to the internal network interface or remove the internal network card from the printer if it is not being used.

Shuttle fault


If the printer detects the shuttle moving at the incorrect frequency, it shuts down the shuttle and attempts to restart it.
If the shuttle still operates incorrectly after three consecutive attempts, the Printer goes Offline, and the Shuttle Fault message is displayed.
Press the Clear button, then put the printer back Online. If this doesn’t work, turn the power switch off, then back on again.
If the error is still seen after performing the above actions, check there are no paper jams , labels etc or ribbon jams that may prevent the shuttle moving correctly. Also check the Patten gap to make sure it is not closed too much.
Then you may need to change shuttle components

may shuttle belt is lose or it is not in proper place. check the shuttle belt and clean the shuttel sensor , your problem will be solve.

"Shuttle jam" see manual problem on Printronix line matrix P 500E printer


Verify that there is nothing clamped between the platen and the shuttle.

Last time I had this fault, it turned out to be a broken wire in the harness that connects the CMX board to the shuttle module.

Other possibilities include a failed shuttle or CMX board.

You lost the sensor calibrations. Grab the service manual. Do the four fault clear, enable tech access mode and calibrate paper motion, paper out and platen.

SHUTTLE ERROR


check shuttle sensor (during trasmission it will show 5v and when it does not reflect it will show 0.4v) and see where there is ant teer in shuttle belt..
