Question about Magic Chef Dryers
I have a Magic Chef CYG4000AWW that stops after 30 minutes of work, then I have to wait for a while until it cools down (I guess).
I have already replaced the set of Valve Coils but I still have the problem I also have cleaned the whole vent line from blower to exhaust and the dryer is blowing good.
Your problem is caused by a motor overheating causing its internal overload to shut it down until the motor cools. If you truly have thoroughly cleaned all interior areas of your dryer and the vent leading from the house to the outside there are only two possible problems that can give you this failure.
