Question about Heating & Cooling
Hi, Not knowing what kind of a/c unit you have I can give you some things to check out that may get you back online. If this is a split system, indoor and outdoor unit, always check for power first. Check the outdoor unit as it is on its own high voltage box.It sounds like it is a ductless split system, controlled by a remote. If you have a manual, try going through the trouble shooting section of the system. This Heat may have shut the outdoor unit off, the compressor due to high head pressure? If the fan is running, listen for the compressor and see if it is on also. You can kill the power to the outdoor unit, and take a water hose and wash the dirt from this coil, being careful not to bend the fins.If it is off on high head, this will bring it down and hopefully run and cool for you. Please get back to me with more Information on the type of system that you have if I haven't got it right.Try doing what I have recommended also, step by step. Sincerely, we can get this up and running for you, if you get back to me. Good Luck,
