Why With a new battery, there seems to be no power on my canon EOS digital rebel xt?

Did you remove the USB cable? As long as there is an USB cable in the camera, you can't power it up.
Then you still have to check if the battery is still in good order. Batteries do have a limited time of life. And you only can be sure it is charged, when it works in another (same model) camera.

I need to replace the internal battery for date/time memory on a Canon SD750 camera. Please let me know the battery type.

Not sure what model # the battery is, but if you're opening the camera to replace it then just pull the old battery off the main PCB.

If you can't find a replacement somewhere feel free to let me know, I can check and see if we can get them new. I'm sure I will have old ones off of boards that will not power that you could have at no charge.

I bought a kodak c182 for my daughters wedding. it work wonderfully, but now I have a problem with the batteries. I can put in new batteries take 1 picture, then it says low battery and shut off. I have place seveal new batteries in and get the same results. Could it possibly be a promblem with the memory card.

sounds like a short in one of the circuit boards, most likely one or seveal of the ribbons and boards will need to be replaced to correct the problem. Send in for repair expect to pay up to $200 for a Nikon factory overhaul

I'm a new user

Check to make sure your connections are touching the batteries, also make sure they are the correct ones for the camera as well as in the camera correctly. It sounds as if it is a power issue.

Hi. I have a Canon G9 camera. I bought in October 8, 2007 but did not register the camera's warranty until a few days ago. Here's the problem. I dropped the camera a weeks ago... Everything was...

Hi Cacy,
I don't want to offend you, please don't take it that way, but since your problems began with the addition of the new battery... I have to ask the question. Are you absolutely sure you bought the right battery for your camera?
It takes a NB-2LH battery pack. If your sure you purchased the correct battery for the camera, and since you dropped it, I would check to make sure it seats properly in the camara and that it locks properly. Also the cover should close with a CLICK sound. If it doesn't then perhaps the battery is not locking in properly. Double check it and let me know if you still have problems.

Camara wont power up

I have a similar problem where the product stopped working and froze. No buttons worked, replaced batteries seveal times.

Spoke to Hp Customer service where they stated buy another camera??? It was out of warranty for about 2 months.

So I bought a Kodak camera with great customer support and will never buy another HP Product again.

My problem was solved!
