Question about Samsung TX-R2435 TV
There is a cable which controls the colour on some televisions. If this cable is removed from the television the picture will go black and white. Chances are it has been knocked out by accident or it has just worked its way out over a period of time. Either way try to locate it and put it firmly back in place.
