Download SIW (system information for Windows) and run it. It will show lots of details about your computer, and one of the categories will be Hardware, under which you will find Motherboard. When you click it, you will see all the info you need.
If the computer is dead however, you must inspect the motherboard visually to find the model number, manufacturer and revision either printed on the board, or on some sticker(s) attached on the board surface or on the card connectors (sockets).
