Hi, The first thing you need is the experience. I can not give you this kind of information over the Internet. Gas packs come in so many different sizes, makes and models, you would have to have the proper tools and know how to install a return/supply air Plenum. Contact you're local wholesale house as they have duct-u-lators to figure the size you will need and they do have prefabbed Units. I would strongly recommend this. Good Luck,

Brand New 2 weeks old 4 ton Trane compressor leaks a lot of water onto pad

If the unit is running in cold weather than there is ice building up on the coils located outside. This is normal in that the unit is running in heat pump mode heating inside and cooling outside, After the unit detects the ice build up it briefly reverses the cycle heating the outside coils melting(defrosting) the ice which you observe as water on the pad.

The video gives you an example of the defrost cycle!

When the truck is started it causes a vaccuum sucking the injector harness and both gas lines into the upper intake plenum and cause a major air leak. the rubber O ring was changed and it did not stop the...

Than you'll have to pull the plenum back off and see what the problem is. You don't have something mounted correctly. That connector (which is the CPI unit) should hold steady as the intake plenum is installed and be in the correct position after all the bolts are tightened down. If it can fall down below the opening that there is a problem with how the CPI unit is mounted.
