Remove 1/4" screws from bottom flange of the lower panel, the panel should come off by pulling in a downward motion. The heating element is located on the right hand side, in the heat box. The element is held in place by one 1/4" screw on the left side. You have to pull pretty hard to get the element out. When looking at the heater assembly, you'll notice access is blocked by a metal shield, I typically just bend it down and out of the way, it flexes back into place just fine.

Kenmore Elite electric dryer-65942401 and it runs but does not heat. I have heard that best thing to do is replace heating element, but is there anything else that needs replacing along w/it, and we can't...

You need to check the breaker, often the heat 1/2 of the 220 volt breaker trips and is not visually obvious. Best to know so check with a volt meter, or forceably turn off the breaker, FULLY off, press hard, and then back on and test again. If it keeps happening, you may need to have an electrition investigate.

There is very little failure of heating elements, but not unheard of. More common is a bra wire shorts the element. remove it and often you are good to go, but sometimes it burns through.

I have a kenmore 80 series electric dryer. The dryer is spinning but not heating. I have replaced the heating element and High limit thermostat and the dryer is still not heating

The best thing to do is a continuity check on the AC supply from the main supply through to the heating element and determine where the fault is.

Kenmore Stackable washer/dryer Model #11088752793, won't heat

Hi,
Either the elements have blown, or it could be a device called a thermal overload which has popped. (There may also be a loose wire which connects to the heating elements). Have your drier checked out by a good handyman or technician.
Best wishes,

Kenmore 80 dryer runs and blows air but no heat

If it's an electric dryer, then unplug the machine and check for a blown thermal fuse or a faulty heating element. The thermal fuse is about an inch long and is located inside the rear of the dryer, usually attached to or near the exhaust duct. The thermal fuse and heating element can be tested for continuity using a multimeter or ohmmeter. A lack of continuity will indicate a bad component. Sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.

First, make sure that there is no ventilation issue and that the vent is clean and clear. If the dryer isn't heating, check for a blown thermal fuse or a faulty heating element. Both components can be tested using a multimeter or ohmmeter. Check for continuity. A lack of continuity indicates a faulty component. Both components are located in the rear of the dryer. Remember to disconnect the dryer from the power source before attempting any repair.Sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.
