Check whether the exposure adjusted correctly?
CHeck increasing the exposure and try printing and check whether you have the correct prints.
CHeck whether the machine is not set to toner save mode?
Set <B&W TONER SAVER> to <OFF> in <COMMON SETTINGS> of the menu
