Generic problem for all Answering Machines

All of a sudden my GE Digital Messaging System Model # 29875GE1-B will nor record messages or let me know I have a message waiting

Messages are being forwarded and prerecorded announcement is being by-passed. GE Digital Messaging system model #21905fe4a

I am having a similar problem. When a call comes in, it starts recording and then cuts off after a few seconds without saving it. I'm thinking that it must be a setting because I went and bought another GE digital answering machine (different model) and it did the exact same thing, right out of the box.

ApprenticeMaybe your memory is full. If it's full, it won't save the messages.
