Smart phone are more or less like a small computer,
it has a software fault, you will need to re install the software onto the phone. i would recommend doing this though a service agent. As if your phone is interupped during this procedure it will forget that it is even a phone

What do i do to stop my phone from freezing?

Try taking the battery and SIM card out of the phone. After doing so conduct a series of inspection on the back of the phone. After if it passes, put the battery and SIM card back in to the phone. It should stop freezing. If not contact a professional immediately.

Dash freezes on startup screen

Take battery out and leave it out for about a week. It may reset.
And take out your SIM card.
That resets my phone if it works then it works.
Good luck

Freezing when I install a micro sd card into my samsung eternity

i had the same problem. so i try whatever i can
- i remove battery, put it back on, turn the phone back on. seems like it works for 3-5 minutes and freeze again
- i remove sim (only ),memory card still in there, and turn the phone back on..let it sit with no sim. and 3 minutes later it freeze again
- i remove sim, remove micro sdhc, reset the phone , the phone automatic restart..it woks... it never freeze ( no sim+ no memory card )
- i put the sim back on, no memory card, turn the phone back on and it works!!!!!!! i try these 2-3 times without memory card. works normal!!!
so..i think its a memory card issue. may be the phone doesn't like it. i have 2gb. kingston. or i have to buy a new card again.
for now its still working without freeze up for shut down by itself.
hope it help :)

Phone shuts off after sim card is in.

take battery out, put sim card in, be sure its facing the right way, then put in battery next charge phone fully, then try to turn on. If it doesn't work, take back to where you bought it.

Freezing Samsung Z500

i have a better solution that requires ** cables ** downloading ** bull...

You might need 2 people to do this

- The aim is to let the phone start up and as soon as you can see your wallpaper push out your sim card!...

- so let the top of the battery connect with the phone and keep the back up off the phone, turn the phone on
-when the phone starts up (a bit before it freezes) get some1 to push the sim card out, dont let go of the battery!
- the phone should still be on and working, push the battery and lock it in position without the phone dying.
-your phone should work perfectly ** freezing, NOW GO TO SETTINGS IN THE MENUE AND PLAY AROUND CHANGE EVErYTHINZ!!!
- turn phone off propperly and insert your sim card it should work perfectly, you can change your setting back **w of course

this better work for you too!
