Question about Lexmark Optra S 1855 Laser Printer
I take it that you getting mutiple different jams and pretty often correct? these printer use a paper size select pcb when these start to go bad the paper size can be change every time you close the drawer or every other page you print. print your network page and see if it prints as big as the page if its smaller the printer thinks it has smaller paper if the lower black line of the box around this page is missing it thinks it should have longer paper. this board is located behind the metel box the logic board is mounted in. for cheaper prices, instruction and support for your lexmark lasers go to L-tech4u.com write an email if you dont see what you need listed they will have it
