the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My rainforest sounds swing j8518 doesn't make any sounds and the mobile doesn't move

If you have registered your product, and you contact Fisher Price, they will send you a replacement top - this will include the motor and mobile (with leaves). The A/C adapters and connection cords may also be to blame - these are common problems with this swing. We have had pieces of ours replaced many times - always free of charge from Fisher Price.

Fisher Price rainforest jumperoo.... my in-laws lost the round plastic piece that holds the seat and allows baby to turn in it. apparently FP does not make this replacement part, any suggestions?

I saw one on ebay for 10.99 sold by the seller named marjorobi. That person has an ebay store called PerfectDollhouse. Hopefully you can find this piece as easily as I did. I simply searched for rainforest jumperoo on the ebay website and there it was!
