Question about Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) Console
As you have already tried a disk cleaner and the problem is persisting the diagnoses here is failure of the blueray drive.
This is a very common problem with these units and the unit will have to go back to Sony for service.
If you are confident with electronics there are several videos on YouTube showing how to replace the drive if you choose to order it and do it yourself. If you decide to try this - please ensure the unit is completely disconnected from its power supply when working on it.
Otherwise I believe Sony are doing these drives on an exchange basis for around $150 if your unit is out of warranty. You can contact Sony customer support at this link if you need to do this.
