Extracting text messages to a computer

You can forward the text from your phone to an email address and when received on the other side, save it as a file. Then attach that file to the desired email and forward it to yourself. When received, save the result as a file. Or store as an email. Specifics are very dependent on the email program you are using.

You are facing terrible problem with that error message.. However we can try to fix it. There are few methods you can do..

Solution 1.

1. Insert the product software CD into the CD-ROM drive on the computer.
2. Right-click Start and then click Explore . Windows Explorer opens.
3. Locate and select the CD-ROM drive that contains the product software CD.
4. Locate and double-click the Setup and then the Scan folders to open them.
5. Double-click Data1.cab or Scan.cab to open the contents of that file.

Extract, rename, and save the filesLocate the following files, right-click them, select Extract , and save them to the Windows Desktop. Leave Windows Explorer open after extracting the files.

Then you have to copy these files to C:\windows\system32 folder ( this means overwrite the files ) and try to install the software. it should work.

Solution 2.

you need to remove all the HP Printer entry from Add/remove or Programs and features under Control panel.

Then download the latest software from HP website by clicking on the link below.

The only alternative to do somethign like this would be to forward the text message to your e-mail and then print it from your computer. If you can not retrieve the messages and they are saved to your phone,you may need to obtain a subpoena and submit it to your carrier.

Try saving the pictures to your phone first than sending them to your e mail

dck2's solution worked for me on my razr, I opened the text message, went to "copy all text", went to "Create Message", chose "New Multimedia Message," went to "Paste," and then sent it to my email address, and the entire message went to email, including the date.
