Question about Epson Stylus NX400 InkJet Printer
Go to the Control Panel and call up your printer icon. Double click on the printer and go to Properties. Are there any files listed that is waiting to be printed? If so, delete them. You're only deleting them from your Printer Spooler, not the hard drive. Other than that, Shut Down your computer completely. Pull the power plug and wait for 1 minute, then plug it back in.
Now unplug your printer from your system and the power cord and let it sit for a minute or two. Plug it back in and fire up your system. When your system is finished booting up, turn on your printer and that should end your problem.
