Question about Sony PlayStation 2 (PS2) Console
This happens probably because you are using scratched discs. What happens is when you put them into the system, the laser pretty much destroys itself trying to read the scratches. Now about fixing it...every once in a while you'll find someone who does stuff like this, but for the most part Sony is the only one.
