Ricoh Aficio 1085 Paper Tray 1 Jamming

I work ub tge IT Department of a public transport company and have a problem with our Ricoh Aficio 1085 printer. There is a known fault with paper tray 1 which our printer engineers are coming to fix. But until then I have told the users not to use paper tray 1, but some obviously still do as it uses it by default.

What I am asking is, is there anyway to disable Tray 1 or even change the default tray to Tray 2 on a temporary basis until the engineers can come out and fix it.
