Question about HP PSC 2355 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I received the same error message on my printer, that the cartridge is not the correct one, but I am using only HP cartridges purchased at Costco. I threw out my new cartridge and replaced with another new one, and it the printer worked fine. Now my Word documents do not print with sufficient quality to read. I do not think this is a printer problem because print screens and Excel documents do not have the skipped areas. I notice that the same lines are skipped on Word documents when I reprint as well. Is it possible that a print driver is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled?
