my tevion elite mp4 player is acting strangely, the battery animation on the screen keeps jumping between low power high power and medium, every time i turn the mp4 off it turns itself back on and now my music will not play due to an error, i have just formatted the mp4 in the setup options but my music is now gone (as well as pictures) is there any way i can get them back from the device?
