This is so frustrating! my mom has had this problem she just got got a new phone and it took me forever to figure this out! First read your users guide and see if it says anything about tones or things. If u dont find it then just play with your phone, search through your settings or the tones go to use as look through everything and look really good I hope this helps you!! if not ask your provider!!
