There's nothing you can do. Salt water is the single worst thing for any electronic device, excepting fire.
The only chance your phone had would have been to recover it immediately, remove the battery and then immerse it in de-ionised water to rinse out all the salt water. After a thorough shake out and drying the phone had a slim possibility of working again.
