Problem for Samsung SyncMaster 940T 19" LCD Monitor

940T monitor goes black screen with all conecctions

Today in the morning, i turned on my 940T monitor and in few min. it just goes black screen, no burning smell, nothing... Monitor got power and computer connection, on and off button glows like normaly, but it won't turn on again...
I'm from Slovenia, what can i do?

The screen is falling (tilting) forward on the stand, and it seems to be sagging on the bracket??
