Can you tell me how to check the water level switch on a Whirlpool AWM9000 WM 1100 washing machine? I assume I can check it with an Ohmmeter. The machine works about 20% of the time and 80% of the time I get the error code F / H. The water supply and particle screens are clear and working fine.

Water level switch is pressure controlled. water enters the drum creates a pressure/ this then turn off water valves. most likely blockage in feed pipe /hose to the switch, you can blow Gently into switch to hear it operate..Advise clean to hose and or chamber ....
