-   I downloaded and I unplug ,and plug back in by the T V .but the neosat ipro 2000 .It is not has power back on .All I have the little green dot ligth on the front of receiver .I unplug and back to computer room ,and try to download again .It won,t download anymore.-   sisoupanh200

gee. you have to have the hot air removial tool to take out the t sop.then you have to wipe it and reinstall.these t sops are not readily available.you will have to descard it or find a repair facility that could repair it.if you google neosat repair you may get lucky and find a repair facility in canada.

You can get a tsop easily on the net. But you do need a hot air blower and steady hands to do the work.

Try www.ftarepairs.com I know they fix the neosat brand as well as viewsat and sonicview.
