I was setting up a bose lifestyle system(6cd changer/radio/ acoustimass, 3 pairs of speakers, etc) don't know the model though.
I'm in the Philippines and I accidently plug the acoustimass part into a 220v source. I didn't turn the whole system on though because I didn't have the remote. About 3 minutes later I then plugged everything into a 110V source and all the parts work except there is no sound when I play CD's.
Does this mean that the acoustimass got fried even though the system wasn't technically ''on''? Is there any other explanation as to why the cd changer works but there is no sound? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
