Question about Philips GoGear HDD075/17 MP3 Player
My philips Go Gear HDD065/05 is saying "Problem ! Please Connect to Computer "
How can i fix this ?
I am from Zimbabwe
This HAPPENS when you format the goGEAR with windows or other OS that is not the Phillips Device Manager.
I have fixed this problem by downloading the PHILLIPS DEVICE Manager

This is usually caused by a problem with the hard disk. This is signified by a repeating sound from the hard disk inside the player.
Occassionally it can be fixed by tapping the player on a table when it is trying to start up.
THIS CAN ALSO CAUSE FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE HARD DISK so only try as a last resort.
