though i need to know abt the os platform..
itz probably a problem of faulty/defective ram..this can also b a symptom of faulty/defective of RAM..pen clean/remove
carbon & or oxide formed on the teeth with an eraser n resit
it..[it'll b more prominent, that if itz cause by ram or not,..if during
normal operation, a Blue Screen appears/Memory Dump]
(though, sometimes itz also caused by the m/b)..
check the data cable..
howevr, hv a licensed and UPDATED antivirus installed (i prefer avg/kaspersky,
remember, without updation a full version antivirus is useless)..

the following: a) 'Automatically Restart' right click on my
computer->properties->advanced->startup n recovery->(uncheck
on the) Automatically Restart; b)'ErrorReporting' right click on my
computer->properties->advanced->error reporting->disable
error reporting->(uncheck on the) 'but notify me when critical error
occur'..
Increase the size of Virtual Memory, Initial: 1440; Maximum: 2880
