I have a 51" sony HD tv. I turned it on and there is no picture, screen is black. A red light is on on standby mode. the red light blinks. Please help me how I can fix this problem thank you in advance.

Sony tv screen has no picture

Watch the red light and or power light when this happens, if there is a specific number of blinks and then a pause that is a error code.

Was watching TV, heard a pop and the screeen went black. Now when I turn it on, the pwoer light blinks green but their is no picture or audio. The light then starts blinking red

Hi,
Is is standby light blinking red or any other light? Let me know how many times red standby light blinking after three seconds long pause to provide you helpful info.
It seems pop sound was due to broken lamp, please check lamp inside tv and if it is broken, replace it to solve tv problem.

Sony KLV-S32A10 32 when i turn on picture come then goes off

If the Standby light is blinking at the front panel of the TV, it seems that there is an internal malfunction occurred in the TV.

I have a sony KP-57WV600 Big Screen Rear projection television. The problem is this: When I first turn the tv on the picture is fine, than after it warms up- the screen turns red. What would the problem...

Let me know when TV warms up does it go to standby?
If yes, standby light would be blinking, let me know how many times it blinks?
And if TV does not go to standby mode, does picture remain with red tone?

According to the service manual for this model, Nine blinks indicates a Audio error. On either the A and or B boards. The plus +19V line is shorted. On the A board IC708 is Faulty, this is the audio output intergrated ciruit chip. Also PS701 and 702 is opened on the A Board. Look at the board markings for these locations and replace these parts first.

Try Andrews electronics as they are the premier distubitor for sony televisions they will give price of the boards, some have core charges the they will refund when old board is received back to them. Or you and look online at Partstore.com
