I dont no my password

Back side of the unit has a reset button. Use a pointed paper clip to press the reset the device. hold the reset for at least 10 seconds. Momentarily pull the power plug and let it restart. This will reset the device to default settings.
Default user name: Admin
Default password: password

Yoiu will need to use safety pin to reset router to factory settings thru the very small hole on the router. Once you reset the password with the reset button go to http://192.168.0.1 using your internet browser then user name will be "admin" and password will be "password". This will allow you to enter the router menu to make changes to the router password and settings.

The only thing you can do is to reset the Netgear. Look for the small hole in somewhere in the router's back and whilst the netgear is turned on, press a paper clip on that hole until the lights restart.
