hi we use hp 1280 deskjet printer now facing problem that a4 size printing is good but a3 size is not printing .its giving blank page

sir it is because when you change the paper for printer you also have to change the size of the page in the computer if you are like using MS word you change its Page size too. that is why it is giving blank page. changing it size in computer would work.
