I have an installed sound driver but my Mic doesn't work

I have an installed free MSI Realtek sound driver but I cannot use my Mic or my Mic doesn't work.Can you provide me a suitable sound driver for my PC?

Let me know the model of the motherboard and which windows operating system you are using and i'll find the right driver for you.
