our Fedders AirHandler Model#A24C1X keep 1 strip of heat when blower or nothing is on. have to unplug the red wire from NC on blower delay relay to stop it. blower relay Bd is new

Most of the time on Fedders unit one speed for heat comes off sequencer. This a low speed for heat. You may have bad sequencer. If your knowledge is limited about furnaces you may ahve to call service tech. But if you have some knowledge Replace the sequencer and follow woring diagram and you will be ok. Should solve problem. This time of year I replace dozens of sequencers due to this same problem. Rus
